Reproduction, redistribution, or reverse engineering of any Company software is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUBHAN TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
